What Are You
Thankful
For
?

Picture
1st:
Create a Gratitude List
(Try to come up with at least one thing a day, your goal is to document Personal Appreciation and Gratitude.)

2nd:
Cover 85% of your face and background with white paint,
then make a copy of it once it is dry.

3rd:
Personalize it with a repetition of colors, shapes and patterns with a medium of your choice.
Don't forget that that your eyes are the focal point and are the "Windows to the soul."

4th:
Add Words, Sentences and Phrases that stand out the most from your Gratitude List on the back of your compositions.

5th:
Cut Lines, score and fold to make a free standing sculpture.

You now have a sculpture
that describes what we look like on the outside
with what we sometimes don't
